How long does it take to get a quote?

Our goal is to provide you with a quote within 3 business days after inspecting. Written quotes are provided for all work.

How long is a quote good for?

The quote is held for 30 days.

Do you use sub-contractors?

Yes, for some of the jobs we do. All of our subcontractors have been a part of our company since inception.

Do you have photos of your previous jobs?

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are certified in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, waterproofing, heating/cooling, and cabinetry.

Are there costs over the quoted price?

We strive not to go over the accepted quote but on occasion jobs will come with variations that could go 10-15% over the accepted quote.

How do i get in touch with you while my project is in process?

Contact details for RTG’s Project Manager will be provided to you once the project has started.

We work Monday to Friday. Our business house are 8am-4pm (AEST)

Can i pay with credit card?

Yes, contact us via phone or email and we will activate the credit card option for you. Please note, there will be a 1.8% surcharge if paying by card.

When will my job/project be scheduled?

Once the quote has been accepted and all relevant permissions to enter the property has been organized, the job will be scheduled within 24-48 hours.

Who is this service available for?

Anyone requiring maintenance work/renovations for their property whether owned or renting. Landlords, Tenants, Property Managers, Home-Owners.

How do you charge for your service provided?

Our payment policy is as follows:
1) Deposit
2) Progress Payment
3) Variations cost (if applicable)
4) Final payment (remaining amount)

How can i pay?

You can pay by Direct Deposit through the Invoice link or call us to pay by card.

Can i cancel after the work has started?

A fee of $440 will be charged plus material cost if the work has been approved and then cancelled after it has started. You will need to notify us via email at workorder@roaring.group 10 days prior to when the scheduled work is confirmed to start.

Are you covid safe?

Yes. All of our staff, contractors, and subcontractors are fully vaccinated and comply with the COVID-19 safety guidelines.
